I haven't posted an update for a while, so I thought I'd better. I was lucky enough to get hooked up with the Truckers 24 Hour Road Service sprint car team this summer and have been helping them on the weekends. They are a top notch team and I have been able to be hands on and learning a lot. The team is owned by Roger and Barb Tapy and headed up by Jim Whiteside. The team runs two non-wing sprint cars each night. The 10 car is driven by Shane Hmiel and wreched by Jim Whiteside and Matt Wallace. The 12 car has been driven so far this year by Jimmy Light, Thomas Meseraull, and Jonathan Vennard and is wrenched by Kris Kirchner w/ weekend help from myself.
This has been an incredible opportunity for me to learn and I can't thank them enough. If you see us at the track, be sure to stop by and say hello!
